MARGAVERDE

Get herbaceous vibes with the Margaverde using our Campanella Bianco Vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 30ml Campanella Bianco
  • 30ml tequila blanco
  • 15ml herb garden sugar syrup*
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml aqua faba

 

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with a bouquet-garni of mixed herbs.

*Blanche 1 cup of fresh herbs (basil, mint & thyme works best) in boiling water for 15 seconds. Then plunge herbs into iced water bath for 1 minute. Blend herbs with 300ml of sugar syrup. Strain syrup before use.
