- 240ml of Finbar O’Leary’s Salted Caramel
- 600ml thickened cream
- 1 tin (395ml) of sweetened condensed milk
Ensure that all ingredients are cold before you start. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Gently fold in the condensed milk and Finbar O’Leary’s. Freeze overnight. Enjoy with salted caramel sauce.
