ETON COBBLER

Try a fresh take on a classic dessert with this cocktail using our Campanella Bianco vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 60ml Campanella Bianco
  • 20ml vodka
  • 2 tsp strawberry jam
  • Lemon wedges
  • 2 drops celery bitters

Method

Squeeze and drop lemon wedges into shaker. Add all other ingredients with ½ scoop of ice. Shake as hard as you can and pour into a tall glass. Top with ice and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
