CAMPA PASSION

Get your tastebuds tingling with a Campa Passion using our Campanella Dry Vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 60ml Campanella Dry
  • 15ml vanilla infused sugar syrup / vanilla extract
  • ½ passionfruit pulp
  • 90ml soda water

Method

Add all ingredients except for the soda water to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint.
