Join us at De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate for our cooking demonstration featuring the ease of preparing meals using wine.
Our head chef will showcase some delicious recipes using wine as an ingredient and afterwards, stay for a delicious three-course lunch served with those wines.
Arrive at Locale restaurant at 9.30am to start the day with tea or coffee. The demonstration will commence at 10am, followed by a private wine tasting in our cellar door and finishing with lunch, with matched wines of course. All in all, an enjoyable day out.
