This role will be responsible for creative works to support various business units within the organisation which include but not limited to point-of-sale collateral, marketing advertising and communication materials, product labels, creative works for digital etc. Yes, you will have the opportunity to experience and develop all aspects of your creativity and take a project from concept to final delivery!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with an understanding of design principles and the ability to apply these to work challenges. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years industry (print & digital) experience and will be required to possess the following skill set as a minimum:

• Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and general office applications
• Ability in video editing and animation would be an added advantage

This role requires a creative individual to work independently and in a team environment, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, meet deadlines as well as the capacity to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

RECEPTIONIST/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Officer to work within our Administration Department located at our Bilbul Head Office. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, primary responsibilities of the role will include:

• Responding to incoming calls from internal and external customers
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Monitoring stocks and supplies of office consumables
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Department
• Performing general administration duties as required

We are seeking a confident, energetic and enthusiastic individual who possesses sound customer service and communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to work individually and in a team environment, possess sound administrative and organisational skills and be able to communicate with internal/external customers and suppliers. Previous experience in a customer service/administration environment would be considered favorably, however not essential for the right person. EXPORT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Export Warehouse Supervisor to work within our warehouse in Bilbul. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Foreman and involves a range of duties including;

• The safe operation of a forklift to load and unload goods
• Preparation of export orders
• Loading containers
• Conducting stocktakes
• Rotating stock as required
• Supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures

We are seeking a self-organised, hands-on and committed individual, who possesses supervisory experience in a warehouse situation. The successful applicant will be required to work in a team structure, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, and be prepared to work shifts and overtime as required. Experience in an export environment is desired but not essential for the right person.

We are looking to appoint an Area Manager - Sales to work within our Queensland Branch servicing the Toowoomba West regions. Duties will include:
• Achieve budgeted sales targets
• Develop positive trade relations within an existing customer base
• Identifying new opportunities
• Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
• Supporting existing promotional programs

 

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role in FMCG as well as product/market knowledge within the wine industry would be highly considered. This role requires a highly motivated individual to work independently and in a team environment, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, meet deadlines and have sound attention to detail. This position also includes frequent regional travel.

MAINTENANCE TRADEPERSON

We are seeking a full time Maintenance Tradesperson to join our Packaging Maintenance Team. Reporting to the Packaging Engineer, duties of the role include:

• Carry out all planned and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain the effective operation of the Packaging Lines & Finished Wine Cellar
• Maintain safety standards in the Packaging Maintenance Department
• Accurately process all orders for spare parts/materials
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures


We are seeking an enthusiastic trade qualified individual with the capacity to work individually and in team situations. The successful candidate must be available for regular shift work and overtime as required as well as possess a safe attitude and approach to work. Electrical knowledge and experience with PLC's would be highly regarded as well as previous experience in an industrialbottling or related production environment.
