BLUSHING BELLINI

  • 100ml De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 20ml squeezed pomegranate juice
  • 20ml crème de cassis
  • 20ml vodka

Shake freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, crème de cassis and vodka with ice into a cocktail shaker. Mix ingredients and strain into a champagne flute.Top with chilled De Bortoli Prosecco.
