Recommended
"Cold tank fermentation preserves this sparkler's essential freshness. The light straw color offers light apple notes leading to frothy, clean apple flavors with light herbal hints through a dry, well-balanced finish."

Deve DeSimone , Pittsburgh Tribune (USA),

"Perfect to sip during the blazing days of August, this sparkler is charming and refreshing. Many sparkling wines in this price range are cloyingly sweet and lose their bubbles after about one minute in the glass. This wine is nothing of the sort: It is crisp, clean and dry and the bubbles seem to go on forever. Chill it, pour it into a champagne glass and serve it with oysters on the half shell."
Smart Buy Wine & Spirits newsletter (USA), 09 August 2006

"In the New World, try well-spiced sparklers from Australia, such as the De Bortoli Brut South Eastern Australia dB NV."
Tim Fish & Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator, USA, 31 December 2005 - 15 January 2006
