Winemaking
Vineyard Block Selection, Fruit is de-stemmed to both static and open ferments with 10% whole bunches and is cold soaked and fermented on skind for 14 days. 10 months in new and used French Oak.

Alc/Vol : 14.0 % pH : 3.50 TA : 6.6 g/L
Cellaring
The wine should continue to develop complexity for 3-5 years in a good cellar.
