Fresh floral aromas with zesty citrus notes. Intense varietal fruit flavours that finish with delicacy & freshness balanced by fine acidity. Frequent lees stirring gives texture.

Brilliant green yellow in colour. Aromatic nose with floral top notes. Tropical fruit characters dominate, neatly supported by background citrus. A bright wine, elegant and fruit driven in style with juicy acid and length of flavour.

The aim is to retain fresh Riesling floral and citrus characters . A small portion is fermented in old oak casks to give texture and minerality.
