The Vineyard
Gentle north facing slope on the north-western boundary of the seaside village of Balnarring. The soils are indispersed with brown sandy loams and red basalt loam. Lots of cooling south westerly winds off Bass Straight.

The Wine
This unique site produces wines with plumpness and perfume. Ripe black cherry, warm spice notes, fine tannins, juicy acidity. Delicious!

Cellaring
Buxom and bright now. Brooding and naughty later. 4-6 years.
