Pinot Grigio or Pinot Gris is widely grown in Europe. 'Pinot Gris' styles have French influences [Alsace] whereas 'Pinot Grigio' styles are usually fresh, lightbodied wines influenced by Italian Pinot Grigios.
Nuanced honey and hay aromas, subtle oak and some minerality. After fermentation the wine was stirred every few days to give texture and complexity.
Light straw in colour with green edges. This wine displays clean and fragrant grassy aroma and subtle tropical fruit characters.
Fresh, grassy nose, hints of melon but with perfume musk.
