Passionate about their land which has been cultivated by their ancestors since 1856, the Fourny family produce Champagnes from grapes grown in the premier crus of Vertus, a village located in the south of the prestigious Cote des Blancs.

Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fils has been an active family domain since 1856. The estate is located in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, in the premier cru village of Vertus. Brothers Charles-Henry and Emmanuel Fourny sustainably farm over nine hectares of vineyards and have been carrying on the family wine growing tradition since 1993.

Veuve Fourny produces classic grower Champagne, raising pedigreed fruit, adhering to high standards, and hand-crafting wines that showcase the chalky terroir of Vertus. All of the Fourny vineyards are farmed according to the same meticulous practices and principles, and each parcel is vinified separately. Over 30 parcels!

Produced only in the best vintages from the best Chardonnay terroirs. Wine typically does not go through malolactic fermentation, but it depends on the vintage. Ages for at least 5 years in bottle before release. Refined, complex, creamy, almost timeless. Dosage approximately 4-6g/L depending on vintage.
The Tête de Cuvée of Champagne Veuve Fourny is 100% Chardonnay. Sourced from some of their oldest vines planted in pure chalk within a small, walled clos right next to the winery in Vertus, wine goes through malolactic fermentation, vinified in older casks. Only released in special years after aging for 9 years in a bottle. Dosage approximately 2 g/L. Incredible capacity for aging.
Named after Charles and Emmanuel’s father Roger. Predominantly Chardonnay with a touch of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée is fully vinified in small oak casks and waits patiently deep in the cellars ‘on tirage’ for four years. Traditional, thoughtful, opulent, complex, age worthy. 2g/L dosage (Ultra Brut or Sauvage)
A grower style blanc de blancs from 100% Chardonnay, hand-picked from premier cru terroirs in Vertus. A blend of 3 vintages, the reserve wines are kept in small oak casks to further enhance the complexity of the cuvée. Classic citrus with florals, liveliness, purity, finesse and elegance. 6g/L dosage (extra brut).
A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, hand-picked from premier cru terroirs in Vertus. A blend of 3 vintages, the reserve wines are kept in small oak casks to enhance the complexity of the cuvée. Excellent combination of fruit and subtle biscuit aromas, a lovely balance of liveliness and freshness. 6g/L dosage (extra brut).
