Sero is a Latin meaning to join or blend. Sero wines are interesting blends of classical European varieties sourced mainly from the King Valley. The aim is to make food friendly wines with subtle nuanced flavours, texture, suppleness and balance.
Syrah Dolcetto is vibrant crimson red in color and has aromas of sweet red fruits, hints of black cherry, confectionary. The palate has generous sweet red fruit flavours with a touch of blackcurrant. This wine is rich, rounded and luscious! This wine was sourced from our King Valley vineyards. The palate displays rich berry and plum characters, soft rounded mouth-coating tannins and generous flavour. Fresh, grassy nose, hints of melon but with perfume musk. Sourced from the King Valley, the vines are cane cut to partially raisin the fruit giving fantastic richness. A powerful, savoury wine with rustic tannins.
