Lorimer
The pioneering spirit of a local character is our inspiration for De Bortoli’s Lorimer range. Respect for the land, gentle fruit handling and considered winemaking are little things that give detail and varietal purity to these well crafted wines.
Up front fruit sweetness is balanced by a crisp clean finish, the mid palate has a creamy weighted texture gained from lees stirring.
Upfront palate of zesty lime and lemon which rounds slightly to passionfruit and gooseberry notes on the lengthy finish.
A generous wine that shows sweet and vibrant fruit on the palate with soft mouth coating tannins.

Sweet dark fruits (plum and blackberries) a touch of spice and well integrated
toasty mocha oak.
This elegant dry sparkling wine displays clean fruit and fresh aromas with underlying yeasty notes giving complexity. Fine bubbles, creamy texture, finishes with balanced acidity.
This fresh zesty wine is balanced by a creamy oak mid palate whilst encompassing quaffable lemon and stonefruit flavours throughout.
A fruit driven palate, with blackberry and cherry flavours, well integrated with hints of oak.
