dB Selection varietal wines are made at the De Bortoli Bilbul Winery where more than 75 years ago Vittorio De Bortoli established the family company, crushing fifteen tonnes of Shiraz in his first vintage. Carefully selected fruit is harvested at optimum maturity to produce wines with true varietal expression.

This fruit driven wine with crisp acid has been enhanced by lees stirring giving a great texture and balance to the mid palate.
The fresh citrus flavours from the Colombard infuse the tropical fruit flavours from the Chardonnay to give a wine with richness and length.

This fresh zesty wine is balanced by a creamy oak mid palate whilst encompassing quaffable lemon and stonefruit flavours throughout.
The crisp acid of riesling is a perfect match for the generously rounded traminer fruit. This fruity wine has a great balance of floral rose and sweet fruit with a soft, round lasting flavour.
This vintage saw a mild summer than usual which resulted in this wine showing strong varietal flavours and aromas. try with a spicy Thai dish.
Fruit was sourced from a number of Victorian regions. The wine displays blueberry , plum and brambly fruits, fine integrated tannins, subtle oak and savoury, dry finish.
Spicy red berries and cherry on the nose. Clean focused palate with lively cherry fruit flavours, restrained oak, firm tannins and good length to finish.

Concentrated rich, spicy fruit flavours with firm tannins and mocha/chocolate oak
The strawberries and cream continue on the palate along with fresh red berry flavours and bright red apple acidity.
A full rich red wine showing nice ripe primary fruits upfront, a fleshy mid palateand finishing with silky chocolate like tannins.
Fragrant dark fruits with hints of red cherry and spicy oak.
Carefully selected parcels of fruit are blended together to create this elegant sparkling wine. Displays fresh fruit flavours, delicate creamy mouthfeel finishing with crisp, refreshing acidity.
