Coopers Crossing
Coopers Crossing is a gateway to the remote Australian outback and an oasis in some of the hottest and driest areas in Australia. Coopers Crossing is a range of fresh, great tasting and excellent value varietal wines that have been created to enjoy with food.
This fruit driven wine with crisp acid has been enhanced by lees stirring giving a great texture and balance to the mid palate. The subtle oak approach has given added structure to the wine without overpowering it leaving the stone fruit flavours to dominate.
The strawberries and cream continue on the palate along with fresh red berry flavours and bright red apple acidity.

This fresh zesty wine is balanced by a creamy mid palate whilst exhibiting up front citrus lemon, stone and tropical fruit flavours. Finishing with subtle oak.
