Our Bilbul winemaking team has been developing some of Australia's best value wines for more than 75 years. Developed from Australian fruit and made at our Bilbul winery, our Premium Reserve cask range is a convenient way to enjoy high quality wine.
The nose displays fresh grassy, gooseberry and tropical fruit aromas that carry through onto the palate which finishes with delicacy, freshness and balance.
Displays white peach fruit aromas with the merest hint of creamy lees and soft oak . Medium weight, with fresh flavours of melon, fig and peach.
This wine displays clean and fragrant grassy aroma and subtle tropical fruit characters with a light and refreshing palate balanced by a soft acid edge.
Lifted citrus and honeysuckle aromas with subtle oak giving complexity. The palate displays fresh, vibrant citrus and tropical fruit flavours balanced by soft acidity.
Rich spice, plum fruit with rounded vanillin oak on the mid palate. Good length and depth of flavour coupled with firm tannins.
Aromas of lifted plum and berry fruits carry through onto the palate along with cinnamon notes and subtle vanillin oak, complex with good depth of flavour.
Aromas of rich berry fruits and subtle oak. Medium bodied palate with ripe plum and berry flavours balanced with soft, spicy oak and gentle tannins.
Aromas of cherry fruit and spice with hints of violets. A youthful medium bodied wine with cherry/spice fruit coupled with subtle vanillin oak.
Soft toffee/caramel aromas are enhanced by rich fruit and soft aged characters. Smooth tawny flavours with some aged rancio notes and rich lingering finish.
