1986 Griffith Wine Show, Class 7 Tasting Note: The 1986 Noble One has complex citrus and mandarin aroma, with a slight nuttiness. Beautifully structured, the palate is light and lusciously sweet - viscous, complexed and filled out by oak with fresh citrus acidity preventing the sweetness from cloying the finish. Long and luscious, perfect to drink now.
Food Recommendation: Try with Golden Syrup Orange Crepes, or a Passionfruit Souffle.
