Back to list![]() Noble One (1991)"A cool but dry vintage with a slow onset of botrytis. Amber, with a lifted, well-defined peach nose. This vintage, the second to mature in tighter grained Seguin Moreau oak has a finer palate, long, persistent and poised with vanilla, peaches and cream. Mouth-watering acidity to the finish accounts for the poise and length. Very good and lots of life yet. 141g/l residual sugar/12.3% abv" Sarah Ahmed, The Wine Detective (UK), September 2009 ![]() 1993 Cowra Wine Show, Class 33 1993 Griffith Wine Show, Class 17 1992 National Wine Show Canberra, Class 24 1992 Adelaide Wine Show, Class 39 1991 Cowra Wine Show, Class 6 1991 Rutherglen Wine Show, Class 4 1991 Melbourne Wine Show, Class 15 1991 Griffith Wine Show, Class 6 ![]() 1994 Sydney Wine Show, Class 35 1993 Sydney Wine Show, Class 5 1993 International Wine & Spirit Competition, UK 1992 Sydney Wine Show, Class 33 Appearance: Inca Gold in colour |
