DB Family Selection
DB represents the De Bortoli name and legacy. These finely crafted wines have been enjoyed by the De Bortoli family and their friends for three generations since Vittorio De Bortoli established the family vineyard at Bilbul, Australia in 1928.

Up front fruit sweetness is balanced by a crisp clean finish and the mid palate has a creamy weighted texture gained from lees stirring.
The nose displays freshly crushed grapes with musk and floral undertones and just a hint of strawberries to top it off.
The wine is given some time on yeast lees to give complexity to the natural fruit flavours.
This fresh zesty wine is balanced by a creamy mid palate whilst exhibiting up front citrus lemon, stone and tropical fruit flavours. Finishing with subtle oak.
The crisp acid of Riesling is a perfect match for the generously rounded Traminer fruit. This sweet fruity wine has a great balance of floral rose, musk and spice.

a hint of nutty oak.

The palate is rich with plum compote and cherry fruit flavours complimented by subtle oak , firm tannins and persistent length.

Upfront sweet red berries and black cherries. Firm, well structured tannins with a chocolaty finish and spice showing through from the oak.
A balance of plum and berry fruit with a hint of cassis, combined with some savoury notes and spicy oak. A medium bodied wine with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
A refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine with fresh fruit flavours, delicate creamy mouthfeel and crisp, clean finish with balanced acidity.
Smooth tawny flavours, caramel toffee with hints of barrel aged flavours and a rich lingering finish.
A array of berry and cherry flavours with rose petal and spice notes. This Rosé finishes with a touch of sweetness and a lovely crispness on the palate.
