AREA MANAGER - ON PREMISE SALES
MELBOURNE - VICTORIA

The De Bortoli Wines portfolio boasts nationally and internationally acclaimed brands such as Noble One, Yarra Valley Estate Wines, La Boheme, Windy Peak, Deen Vat Series and Rococo Premium CuveeS as well as premium fortified wine including the unique Black Noble.

We are looking to appoint an Area Manager - On Premise Sales to work within our Melbourne Branch. Duties will include:

  • Achieved budgeted sales targets
  • Developing positive trade relations within an existing customer base
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
  • Supporting existing promotional programs

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role requires a highly motivated individual to work independently and in a team environment, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, meet deadlines and have sound attention to detail, Whilst not essential to the role a sound wine knowledge would be advantageous.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (MATERNITY RELIEF)
MARKETING DEPARTMENT, REGIONAL NSW

A twelve month maternity relief position has become available for a Graphic Designer to join our team, based at our headquarters in Regional NSW. Reporting directly to the Marketing Team Leader, duties of the role include:

  • Oversee all design work across assigned portfolio
  • Maintain brand guidelines
  • Support internal and external designers, printers and other providers through all stages of artwork development
  • Assist in the development and training of colleagues/contractors
  • Undertake special projects as required

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with a strong knowledge of design principles. The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications, previous experience working within a graphic design environment, high level of proficiency in the use of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator programs as well a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This role requires a creative individual to work independently as well as in a team environment, the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, meet deadlines and prioritise as well as the capacity to develop positive relationships with staff and external agents.

CUSTOMER SERVICE (TEAM LEADER)

We are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Team Leader to work within our Queensland branch. This position reports directly to the State Manager and primary responsibilities will include;

  • Lead, guide and support the Customer Service team
  • Ensure all general administration procedures and functions are performed to ensure the smooth operation of the branch office
  • Perform and oversee the correct creation and ongoing maintenance/management of customer accounts
  • Oversee and ensure the correct and accurate validation and processing of claims and rebates
  • Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with excellent administrative, problem solving and spreadsheet skills. The successful applicant will have sound bookkeeping knowledge and experience in leading and supporting a team. Product and market knowledge within the wine industry as well as experience in managing Workers Compensation claims would also be considered advantageous.

  • Manage all point of sale and value adds from conception to completion

We are seeking a tertiary qualified marketing professional with highly developed communication and team leadership skills. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a leadership role, excellent project management and organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, creative flair and imagination as well as the capacity to engage and develop members within the team. A passion for the wine industry and a high level of energy and enthusiasm are considered essential attributes for the successful candidate. Previous experience in the use of/exposure to graphics applications/solutions is highly preferable.

QUALITY MANAGER

We are seeking to appoint a Quality Manager to oversee the Company's quality assurance and compliance programs. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and primary responsibilities include;

The successful applicant will have extensive and successful experience in the implementation of quality assurance systems, comprehensive understanding and practical application of relevant standards/ certification, well developed technical and problem identification skills as well as highly developed people management and leadership skills.
