EXPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
HEAD OFFICE, BILBUL

We are looking to appoint a proactive and customer focused Administration Officer to work within our Export Department located in Bilbul. Duties will include:

  • Receive enquiries and process customer orders
  • Ensure logistic requirements are met for all customer orders
  • Perform administration and account processes
  • Provide support to Management

The successful applicant will be a required to work individually with minimal supervision, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, possess excellent administrative and computing/data entry skills and be able to communicate with internal/external customer and suppliers. The capability to meet deadlines whilst having sound attention to detail is considered an essential criteria for this role. Previous experience within an export role in the wine industry would be highly advantageous.

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
MARKETING DEPARTMENT, CROYDON VICTORIA

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in Croydon, Victoria. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (Domestic and Export), you will be part of an energetic and dynamic team.

The role will include:

  • Shaping the trade marketing strategy across a portfolio of brands
  • Lead all internal trade promotions and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Manage all point of sale and value adds from conception to completion
  • Lead and coordinate the management of events and activities

We are seeking a tertiary qualified marketing professional with highly developed communication and proven trade marketing skills. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent project management and organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, imagination as well as the capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders. A passion for the wine industry and a high level of energy and enthusiasm are considered essential attributes for the successful candidate.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CHAINS
VICTORIA

We are looking to appoint a Sales Representative - Chains to work within our Victorian branch servicing Coles & Woolworths owned liquor retail outlets. Duties will include:

  • Developing positive trade relations within an existing customer base
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
  • Maximising existing contractual arrangements
  • Ensuring compliance to promotional programs and in store executions
  • Conduct consumer tasting events

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role requires a highly motivated individual to work independently and in a team environment, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, meet deadlines and have sound attention to detail.

Whilst previous experience in a sales role would be preferred, a full development program will be offered to the right applicant wishing to further their career in Sales/Business Development.
