FORKLIFT DRIVER / STOREPERSON
HEAD OFFICE - BILBUL

An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent Forklift Driver/Storeperson to work within our warehouse in Bilbul. This role
involves a range of duties including:
   • The safe operation of a forklift to load and unload goods
   • Preparation of orders
   • Loading containers
   • Participating in stocktakes
   • Rotating stock as required
   • General housekeeping duties


We are seeking a committed and reliable individual, with the desire to progress their career within a distribution/logistics environment. The successful applicant will be required to work in a team structure, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, and be prepared to work shifts and overtime as required. Possession of a current Forklift License is essential, and ownership of a Heavy Rigid License is desirable.

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
HEAD OFFICE - BILBUL, NSW

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Functional Analyst to join our Information Technology department located at our Head Office in Bilbul, NSW.

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager the key responsibilities of this role will range from functional / business analyst duties, including business solutions implementation, upgrading, training, and support duties (dependant upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant).

We require a tertiary qualified professional who can work in a team environment, with the ability to take ownership of projects as well as the capacity to deliver and maintain effective and well documented solutions. Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline as well as high level communication skills are considered essential to this role.

CHANNEL MARKETING SPECIALIST/MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Channel Marketing Specialist/Manager based within our Sales and Marketing Head Office in Croydon. Under the direction and guidance of the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for end-to-end channel marketing from strategic planning and development, to in-market implementation and post evaluation. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Undertake detailed research and analysis to identify market trends and consumer behaviours
  • Create distinct portfolio positioning by channel within each market and associated strategies
  • Develop promotional plans/opportunities with non-traditional channels or other corporates for branding purposes or product exposures
  • Provide marketing support to Cellar Doors & other direct to consumer channels
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for an energetic and creative tertiary qualified marketing professional with a passion for the wine industry. You will have previous experience in consumer research analysis and a proven track record of achievements in a Product/Brand Management role (preferably with FMCG/CPG). You will also possess a high level of communication and presentation skills, be able to manage multiple projects whilst engaging internal and external stakeholders and have a strong commercial understanding of various channels to market. As the successful applicant, you will be willing to step up and demonstrate your initiative and drive to join the De Bortoli family wine business.
