DRIVER/STOREPERSON

An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent Forklift Driver/Storeperson to work within our warehouse in Bilbul. This role involves a range of duties including;

  • The safe operation of a forklift to load and unload goods
  • Preparation of orders
  • Loading containers
  • Participating in stocktakes
  • Rotating stock as required
  • General housekeeping duties

We are seeking a committed and reliable individual, with the desire to progress their career within a distribution/logistics environment. The successful applicant will be required to work in a team structure, have the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks, and be prepared to work shifts and overtime as required. Possession of a current Forklift License is essential, and ownership of a Heavy Rigid License is desirable.

MAINTENANCE TRADEPERSON

We are seeking a full time Maintenance Tradesperson to join our Engineering Team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, general functions and tasks of this position include:

  • Repair and maintenance of winery machinery, plant and equipment
  • General cutting, fitting, welding and fabrication work (stainless steel)
  • Creation and modification of tools and parts for custom use
  • General administration and recording of maintenance information/schedules
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety legislation

The successful applicant must hold a relevant trade qualification and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. In addition, the successful individual must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, possess a safe approach to work, be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team situation. Availability to work shifts and weekends during the vintage period is also required.

  • Maintain quality control records
  • Perform corrective preventative actions
  • Complying with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic person who is qualified in Food Technology or a science related discipline with excellent oral & written communication skills and strong computer skills. The successful candidate will also be flexible, adaptable, possess sound attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. A knowledge of food safety principals and standards as well as GMP would be highly advantageous.
