PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
HEAD OFFICE, BILBUL

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Product Development Coordinator to work within our Planning Department located at our Head Office in Bilbul. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and involves a range of activities including:


• Coordinating new product/component proposals
• Accurately planning and costing new product proposals
• Maintaining open lines of communication in the product development process with all stakeholders
• Providing direct support to the Planning Department
• Providing regular reports to the Supply Chain Manager on all aspects of product development


We are seeking a self-organised, committed and determined individual who possesses sound administrative and computing skills. The successful applicant will be required to work individually and in a team environment, possess sound attention to detail, have the ability to plan and task manage as well as be able to communicate with internal/external customers and suppliers. A full on the job training program will be offered to the successful applicant.

VINEYARD MANAGER
BROOKLANDS ESTATE, YARRA VALLEY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Vineyard Manager at our 55 hectare Brooklands Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. The successful applicant must be self-motivated and conversant with all aspects of vineyard management. Ths position requires management and hands on skills for the following operations:

  • Pest and disease control
  • Canopy Management
  • Irrigation Management
  • Supervision and training of Staff
  • Care and maintenance of vineyard equipment
  • Overseeing harvest operations

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic person, with experience in all aspects of Vineyard operations. The successful applicant will work in a challenging and rewarding environment, which requires good communication skills and the ability to lead a team.


Essential criteria:

  • 3 - 5 Years experience in all aspects of Viticulture production
  • Experience with supervising, managing and training staff
  • Awareness of WHS principles and their application
