We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our award winning Cellar Door Sales team at our Yarra Valley Estate.
This casual position reports directly to the Cellar Door Manager and would involve three to five days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Wine Sales.
• Conduct Educational wine tasting for visitors.
• Maintaining the high level of presentation of the cellar door.
We are seeking a fit individual who will also be required to pick up boxes of wine and pack wine club boxes when necessary.
The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a team environment as well as under pressure on busy days. A passion for the wine industry and a sound knowledge of wines is essential as is a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Whilst not essential to the role, experience supervising staff would be considered favourably.
