Executive Chef Tim Keenan has recently returned from living in the U.K. where he worked in the kitchens of The River Cafe and discovered his "real enthusiasm for seasonal produce - a menu that changes every day really challenges your thinking.
Tim brings with him a passion for using excellent quality local produce, to create simple, memorable food. His changing menus make the most of fresh seasonal ingredients - some sourced from our very own garden!
