Discover more about your favourite De Bortoli wines on the first Saturday of each month.
Limited to just 10 people, this is an opportunity to learn about your favourite wines in a relaxed and social environment. The day starts in the Cellar Door Trophy Room at 11am with an introduction to the De Bortoli philosophy of the various wine styles produced at our Yarra Valley property. Included is a tour of the vineyards, then on to the winery where grapes are received, sorted, crushed and processed right through to the barrel hall, where you have the rare opportunity to try maturing wines directly from the barrel.

A delicious 3 course lunch is included, finishing with a gourmet cheese platter from our cheese room matched to De Bortoli's flagship dessert wine, Noble One and our fortified wines.
The day concludes at approx. 4pm after which you have the opportunity to buy wines from cellar door and receive a 10% discount on your wine purchases for the day.
