Noble One Press Reviews
Noble One 2004
Still one of the best southern-hemisphere sweeties on the market. It has thick layers of apricot, peach and nectarine, with a honeyed finish.

"The joy of finding [this Semillon] is a bit like coming across a tailor hand-sewing a suit for you amidst the off-the-peg racks in a supermarket. This wine was first produced 25 years ago and only about 3,000 cases are made every vintage. The vivid yellow leads on to a nose of marmalade and caramelised orange and a palate of gorgeous succulence and splendid balance. A treasure, no doubt."

"Deep amber gold colour, a scent of honey laced with apple blossom and tropical fruit, a viscous, sumptuous weight in the mouth (yet just 10 per cent alcohol) and with a clean, crisp finish that thrills."
Ned Halley, Western Daily Express (UK), 27 November 2004
"Australia’s number one sweet wine icon oozes luscious apricot and peach fruit, its honeyed richness crying out for the savoury accompaniment of a creamy blue-veined Saint Agur or Fourne d’Ambert."
Anthony Rose, The Independent (UK), 13 November 2004
