De Bortoli Worldwide
De Bortoli Wines first began exporting wine during the 1980s, on the back of the international success of Noble One. Today the company under the aegis of export director Victor De Bortoli exports to a more than 60 countries, from remote and exotic locales like the Cook Islands and Mauritius, culturally diverse Vietnam, Korea, Singapore and Thailand to major markets in Japan, the European Union, Canada and North America. Victor De Bortoli established De Bortoli's first off-shore branch in the United Kingdom in 1996 and branches in Europe and North America soon followed.
De Bortoli fine wines can be experienced in some of the most prestigious establishments around the world including Michelin Star rated restaurants throughout Europe and some of the finest Hotels and Restaurants in Asia, Canada and the United States. De Bortoli has swiftly adapted to the changing global market and looks forward to developing and broadening its export markets. All markets are important whether large or small.
Managing Director Darren De Bortoli attributes the international success of the Australian wines to their incredible quality, diversity and unique Australian character. "At De Bortoli we make wine in a style that we find interesting and exciting - if the rest of the world likes it, that's great".
