Our People

De Bortoli Wines is today under the custodianship of the third generation. Each family member is involved in the business including winemaking, which is overseen by Managing Director Darren De Bortoli and Leanne De Bortoli’s winemaker husband Steve Webber. Leanne and Steve manage the Yarra Valley winery and vineyard, Kevin De Bortoli is Company Viticulturist and Victor De Bortoli is Export Director.

 

The family is deeply committed to the business and has a real passion for wine. The De Bortoli family motto Semper ad Majora – 'Always striving for better' - underpins everything the company does.
