We require an up to date specification for each and every product. This may be achieved by a link to your website which has the most current specifications or via sending an email to supplier_info(at)debortoliwines.com.

We require a certificate of analysis or conformance with every delivery. As a minimum we will accept the certificate of conformance but would prefer the certificate of analysis. A certificate of analysis contains the actual test results on it and a certificate of conformance declares that the product has been tested and conforms to its specification. Both documents must contain the batch numbers and the manufacture date and must be signed and dated by a person of authority. Examples of certificates of analysis or conformance are also located below. Please contact us should you require further explanation.
